Chandler Bridgford
Law ClerkChandler is a Law Clerk with experience in legal research, case management, and real estate financial analysis. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development, he was an active member of the USC Blackstonians Pre-Law Honor Society and the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation Association (CLFRA).
In Summer 2023, Mr. Bridgford interned at Bridgford, Gleason & Artinian, contributing to mass tort litigation for the 2022 Laguna Niguel Coastal Fire case. He drafted over 230 plaintiff fact sheets, reviewed 3,000+ discovery documents, organized key liability evidence from clients and the Orange County Fire Authority, and prepared critical memoranda for attorneys’ use during depositions.
Mr. Bridgford also brings experience in real estate underwriting and transactional analysis from his internships at CIP Real Estate. In Summer 2024, he underwrote property cash flows, conducted reforecasting analysis, and participated in the acquisitions of a $40M, 143,000+ SF industrial portfolio in San Jose, CA, and an 809,000+ SF industrial property in Phoenix, AZ. In Spring 2025, he developed ARGUS underwriting models, reviewed loan documents, prepared loan abstracts, conducted asset valuations alongside analysts, and participated in investment committee meetings with brokers and lenders.
Mr. Bridgford’s combined experience in litigation support, real estate transactions, and financial analysis, along with his analytical skills and attention to detail, enables him to support complex litigation, discovery, and transactional matters with precision and efficiency.
